The Series A Round
Our planned valuation is incredibly low for Series A investors.
We plan to launch a new set of approximately 1 million new tokens for a price of $0.03 per token, to raise $30,000 for our Series A round.
Pre-money valuation: $100,000 (thousands, not millions).
Post-money valuation: $130,000 (fully diluted)
As we grow, our corporate balance sheet will grow, and we will invest at least half of the profits in Bitcoin. As our corporate treasury grows, our token value should grow correspondingly.
We plan to take advantage of El Salvador's tax policies with regards to AI tech company low corporate taxes and zero capital gains taxes on Bitcoin.
